"I started fitness training in New Jersey, USA during the early 80’s for High School sports.
It has now been some 30 plus years later and I have never stopped!"
- I have earned an A.A. Degree (Liberal Arts) from Sierra Junior College 87’and B.A. Degree (Physical Education / Exercise Science) from California State University, Chico 90’.
- I also have all M.A. work completed (Kinesiology / Biomechanics), pending my Thesis, from Chico State University 97’
- In addition, I have an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) certificate awarded in 02’
- and am registered as an Advanced Instructor Level 3 with the Register of Exercise Professionals.
- Awarded a Sports Power Coach Club Weight Lifting Certificate in 08'. Boot Camp certified 2013.
- AFC member since 2009. First Aid / CPR and AED are always current.

Xpatfitness originated in Singapore 2007 for "EXpats" (Mostly Western Foreign Workers and Families). But of course ALL welcome! This is Professional Coaching and follows ACSM Guidelines! Weight loss, general fitness or specific sports training is available but limited space available.
(I have trained Cherie Blair, looked after Donald Rumsfeld at the American Club Singapore and worked with Professional NFL players in Europe and Pro Golfers in Asia).
